The Gillmont's Cocktail Development Night - Volume 2

Following on from the success of Volume 1 of our Cocktail Development Nights, we'd like to invite you to Volume 2! 🍻

Join us on either Wednesday 10th or Thursday 11th June for a fun evening designed to provide you with an opportunity to taste 5 BRAND NEW cocktail creations before they ever hit our menu.

This isn't just a night out, it's your opportunity to help shape what comes next.

The night will entail 👇

🍹 Taste and score each cocktail whilst enjoying a catch up with your group

🍹 Share your thoughts directly with our team (they'll be score cards for you to fill in)

🍹 Help decide which drinks might make the final cut

🍹Enjoy a fun night with fellow cocktail fans

Tickets are priced at £35pp. You'll receive 5 new and exciting full sized cocktails across the following categories; Spritz, Stirred Down & Brown, Long & Fruity, Short & Zippy, and a Martini.

The evening will start promptly at 7pm, so please arrive from 6:45pm. Guests will be allocated a table, and your drinks will flow naturally over the following few hours until around 9pm.

Snacks, including Olives, Nuts, Crisps and our Club Sandwich, can be purchased through the night, and you're more than welcome to stay with us after you've tried all 5 cocktails, enjoying drinks from the bar until your night comes to an end.

Doors close at 11pm.
