"Nuts" Cocktail Night

Join us for our Nuts Cocktail Night at The Gillmont!

This week, we're handing the bar team a slightly unusual brief: nuts.

Across the evening, you'll enjoy five full-sized cocktails, each exploring the theme in a completely different way. Think hazelnut, almond, pistachio and walnut, paired with everything from coffee and cacao to smoky spirits, rich Cognacs and a few rather nostalgic flavours you might recognise along the way.

As always, we're giving our team plenty of room to play. Expect clever techniques, unexpected combinations and five drinks designed to show just how versatile one seemingly simple ingredient can be.

Our team will guide you through each cocktail, sharing the inspiration behind the serve, some of the ingredients and techniques they've been experimenting with, and why each combination made it into the glass.

Expect a relaxed, seated tasting experience with five full-sized cocktails, premium spirits and plenty to talk about along the way.

Guests arrive from 7pm, with cocktails served throughout the evening until around 9:30pm.

A selection of bar snacks, including olives, nuts and crisps, will be available to purchase on the night, and you're very welcome to stay with us afterwards for additional drinks at the bar.
