Step into an evening of Italian-inspired cocktails at The Gillmont!

An evening inspired by the flavours, culture, and effortless elegance of Italy, brought to life through a series of carefully crafted cocktails.

Across the evening, you’ll enjoy five full-sized cocktails, each drawing inspiration from classic Italian aperitivo culture and regional flavours - from bright, citrus-led serves to richer, more complex expressions. Our team will guide you through each drink, sharing the inspiration behind the cocktails, the ingredients used, and the techniques that bring each serve to life.

Expect a relaxed, seated tasting experience with beautifully balanced cocktails, premium spirits, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that captures the spirit of la dolce vita.

Guests arrive from 7pm, with cocktails served throughout the evening until around 9pm.

A selection of bar snacks, including olives, nuts, crisps, and our Club Sandwich, will be available to purchase on the night, and you’re very welcome to stay with us afterwards for additional drinks at the bar.
