Things are getting a little darker at The Gillmont for this one…
For one night only, our bar team are creating five full-size cocktails inspired by Halloween - playing with dark spirits, autumn flavours, unexpected ingredients and just the right amount of theatre.
Expect drinks that might look a little sinister, flavours that feel very much of the season and a few surprises we’re definitely not giving away beforehand.
As always, the team will talk you through each cocktail as it arrives and you’ll score every one as you go - with bragging rights firmly attached to whichever drink comes out on top.

The evening is relaxed and seated, with snacks available to order throughout. Cocktail service runs from around 7pm–9pm, and you’re very welcome to stay for more drinks afterwards.
