"French" Cocktail Night

Join us for our French Cocktail Night at The Gillmont!

For this one, we're heading to France, and giving our bar team an entire country to play with.

Across the evening, you'll enjoy five full-sized cocktails, each taking inspiration from French drinking culture in a different way.

With an incredible world of spirits, liqueurs, wines and aperitifs to draw from, there's plenty for our team to explore, from familiar French classics to ingredients and combinations you might not have come across before.

As always, we're giving the team plenty of creative freedom. Expect five very different drinks, some nods to the classics and a few ideas that take the theme somewhere altogether less expected.

Our team will guide you through each cocktail, sharing the inspiration behind the serve, the ingredients they've chosen and how each drink came together.

Expect a relaxed, seated tasting experience with five full-sized cocktails, premium spirits and plenty to talk about along the way.

Guests arrive from 7pm, with cocktails served throughout the evening until around 9:30pm.

A selection of bar snacks, including olives, nuts, and crisps, will be available to purchase on the night, and you're very welcome to stay with us afterwards for additional drinks at the bar.
