Join us for our Classics Cocktail Night V2 at The Gillmont!
This one is all about the drinks that have stood the test of time.
From the sharp and sophisticated to the rich, boozy and downright iconic, we’ll be exploring five classic cocktails, and giving our bar team a little freedom to show you what makes them so good.
You’ll enjoy five full-size cocktails across the evening, with the team talking you through the story behind each drink, what goes into it and why some cocktails simply never go out of fashion.
As always, you’ll score each one as you go, because classic or not, we still want to know exactly what you think.

The evening is relaxed and seated, with snacks available to order throughout. Cocktail service runs from around 7pm–9pm, and you’re very welcome to stay for more drinks afterwards.
