"Chocolate" Cocktail Night

Join us for our Chocolate Cocktail Night at The Gillmont!

Chocolate cocktails... but perhaps not quite as you know them.

Across the evening, you'll enjoy five full-sized cocktails, each exploring chocolate in a completely different way. From dark and bitter to smooth, rich and indulgent, we'll be playing with cacao, white chocolate and some less expected flavour combinations alongside gin, whisky, rum and more.

This isn't simply an evening of sweet, dessert-style drinks. Our bar team will be exploring the different sides of chocolate, pairing it with flavours ranging from bitter Italian aperitifs and sherry to coconut, vanilla and black sesame, with a few surprises kept back for the night itself.

Our team will guide you through each cocktail, sharing the inspiration behind the serve, some of the ingredients and techniques they've been experimenting with, and why each combination made it into the glass.

Expect a relaxed, seated tasting experience with five full-sized cocktails, premium spirits and plenty to talk about along the way.

Guests arrive from 7pm, with cocktails served throughout the evening until around 9:30pm.

A selection of bar snacks, including olives, nuts, and crisps, will be available to purchase on the night, and you're very welcome to stay with us afterwards for additional drinks at the bar.
