Bonfire Night, but with cocktails!
We’re taking all the best bits of the season, smoke, spice, fire, toffee and warming autumn flavours, and turning them into five full-size cocktails for one very cosy night at The Gillmont.
Expect a few surprises, plenty of theatre and five completely different drinks to taste, score and argue over which one deserves the top spot.
As always, our bar team will talk you through each cocktail as it arrives, and you’ll score every one as you go.

The evening is relaxed and seated, with snacks available to order throughout. Cocktail service runs from around 7pm–9pm, and you’re very welcome to stay for more drinks afterwards.
