Our cocktail menu is rooted in the classics, thoughtfully curated across a range of styles from short & zippy serves and elegant martinis to long drinks, Champagne & spritz cocktails, stirred classics, and low & no options.
Join us during the day or into the late afternoon as the space effortlessly transitions into the evening.
Full table service is provided throughout, so you’re welcome to reserve in advance to guarantee your seat, or simply walk in and join us at the bar whenever space allows.

Vintage and NV Champagnes
Curated with optimal drinking windows in mind, our vintage Champagne list features renowned houses including Louis Roederer, Taittinger, Dom Pérignon, Dom Ruinart, Billecart-Salmon, Pol Roger, and more.
The collection is ever evolving, with vintages changing as bottles are enjoyed and cellars refreshed, currently spanning 2003 to 2011.
Alongside our vintage selection, we also offer a considered range of non-vintage Champagnes and sparkling wines from England and France, available by both the glass and bottle.
An Afternoon Tea Experience
Available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 12:30pm or 2:30pm, our Afternoon Tea is designed to make any occasion feel special.
This experience is available by pre-booking only and includes a selection of savoury bites, a classic fruit scone, our wild boar sausage roll, an assortment of sweet treats, and your choice of loose-leaf tea or coffee.
For an added touch of celebration, upgrade your experience with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne on the day.
The Club Sandwich
At The Gillmont, our club sandwiches are done properly. They're generously stacked with freshly prepared fillings, crisp salad, and perfectly toasted bread.
